With a strong foundation and degree in media and communications , Courtney began her career interning at leading Australian online fashion retailer Beginning Boutique. This experience led to a role managing the marketing for AlphaFit, a major fitness equipment supplier. Three years later, fueled by a passion for connecting brands with consumers, Courtney launched her own digital marketing agency, MCD Creative.
What started as a one-woman show has blossomed into a boutique full-service agency with a team of driven women who thrive on supporting other female entrepreneurs.
